The whole point of the No-S diet is that sticking to it should be easy. And it was. I had minor cheats –
- I allowed myself to have cup-a-soups as snacks if I was really hungry, which is technically cheating
- I also allowed myself to swap weekdays for weekend days (so have an “S” day in the week) if I had people visiting – this is technically cheating, too, but I figured it couldn’t do too much harm.
In all this was the easiest diet yet. I liked this one.
